Firaol earned his LLB from Addis Ababa University where he graduated with Great Distinction. During his time in law school, he demonstrated exceptional dedication to his studies and consistently ranked among the top of his class. His rigorous coursework has equipped him with a solid foundation in various areas of law, including civil litigation, criminal law, intellectual property, investment law, company law and legal research.

Firaol supplemented his academic pursuits with practical experience through internship at Oromia Attorney General. He gained valuable exposure to diverse areas of law, including civil law, family law, legal drafting, and criminal defense. His internships provided him with hands-on experience in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with case preparation.

Passionate about social justice and public service, Firaol actively volunteered at Oromia Supreme Court legal aid clinic, providing assistance to underprivileged individuals in need of legal support. He believes in using his legal skills to advocate for the rights of the marginalized and to promote equal access to justice.

Committed to staying at the forefront of legal developments, Firaol actively engages in ongoing professional development and participates in various legal seminars and workshops. By constantly expanding his knowledge and skill set, Firaol ensures he can provide his clients with the most up-to-date legal advice and strategies.

Firaol is well-versed in the latest advancements in legal technology and understands the importance of leveraging technology to streamline legal processes and enhance efficiency. He has a keen interest in exploring how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and legal analytics can be integrated into the practice of law to deliver optimal results for clients. Firaol is also a winner of the 2022 Lex:Lead: Lawyers for Economic Advancement and Development International Essay Competition. He is also a Lex:Lead Ambassador in Ethiopia.
